So, let’s review. What does working ON your business look like?
  1. 60% FULL: Once you fill up your practice to about 60% you want to declare yourself FULL and have your customers be added to a waiting list. This means no more than 60% of your workday can be full of client engagements. If you work 8 hours a day that’s at most 4.5 hours each day.
  2. VISIBILITY PLAN: What are you doing to be seen on a daily basis? How can you consistently be in front of your target market?
  3. WORK ON YOUR BUSINESS PLAN: What does your business need to grow? What systems, programs, products can you create that will allow you to grow your business in a leveraged way. What does your business need in order to scale?
So, if scaling your business is what you ware working towards, then I have an invitation for you.

Have a great rest of your day,

Are you sitting on a gold mine? Have you ever thought of monetizing your services by turning them into products?

Growing a service-based business requires that we move away from reinventing the wheel with every client and we begin to look for the «common denominator» solutions we can offer our market, but in order to do that, we need CLARITY.

Here are the three things you need to do to expand beyond your One on One or DFY business model:

  • CLARITY OF YOUR ONE SOLUTION: Just like I coach my clients who are looking to speak on stages like TEDx or others, what is the IDEA they want to share? The one message? In this case, I ask you,  what is the ONE SOLUTION you want to solve?
  • CLARITY ON THE PATH TO SUCCESS: Can you lay out, step by step, what your clients need to do to reach their desired outcome?
  • A DELIVER PLATFORM: Moving away from one to one, to one to many or DWY as I mention in the video, requires that we commit to a delivery style that fits the content and the market we are working with. It can be digital, or it can be live, in person or multiple combinations of both, the secret is in deciding a platform that fits your needs.

This video is video #2 of a 3 part VIDEO series where I share the 3, most important, business models you need to scale your business.

If you want to receive VIDEOS 1 & 3 simply say so; Yes, I WANT TO RECEIVE VIDEOS 1 & 3, please!

In the meantime, make a list of what your DWY programs look like in your business right now and if you don’t have any, what would you want them to look like?

Have a great rest of your day,

Let’s review the three layers of CLARITY your business needs to ensure consistent cash flow:
  • CLARITY OF UVP: What outcomes do your clients receive from your services? What exactly do they solve?
  • CLARITY OF PROCESS: Where are YOU needed to deliver results and where can you be removed? What part of your services can be delivered differently?
  • CLARITY OF SYSTEMS: What tasks in your business can be automated or delegated? How can you make the «running» of your business less labor intensive?
Getting CLEAR on these aspects of your business will allow you to design a scalable business model and spend your time being out in the marketplace, getting seen, speaking and promoting the value you bring to this world.
So,  if having consistent cash flow is something your business could benefit from 😉 then I have an invitation for you. Join me MONDAY MARCH 5th for VIRTUAL COFFEE and a conversation about scaling your business. This is NOT a teleclass or a WEBINAR, I’m making myself available to answer this question for you:
WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP I HAVE TO TAKE TO EARN MORE AND ENSURE CONSISTENT CASHFLOW?
You will walk away with a customized answer for YOUR BUSINESS.
Will you join me? YES, I WILL!

Have a great rest of your day,

You can find us everywhere, we are Entrepreneurs, Speakers, Executives in companies that foster this kind of work culture. If you think about it they are authors, TED speakers and people that are out there, standing up for the work that they do and playing a bigger game.

– EASE: They seem to be at ease, work comes easy, they don’t look stressed, they are happy.

– DRIVEN: They seem to accomplish more than all of us combined, they are driven to move forward, to do more, experience more, learn more!
