Here are the three things you need to do to expand beyond your One on One or DFY business model:
- CLARITY OF YOUR ONE SOLUTION: Just like I coach my clients who are looking to speak on stages like TEDx or others, what is the IDEA they want to share? The one message? In this case, I ask you, what is the ONE SOLUTION you want to solve?
- CLARITY ON THE PATH TO SUCCESS: Can you lay out, step by step, what your clients need to do to reach their desired outcome?
- A DELIVER PLATFORM: Moving away from one to one, to one to many or DWY as I mention in the video, requires that we commit to a delivery style that fits the content and the market we are working with. It can be digital, or it can be live, in person or multiple combinations of both, the secret is in deciding a platform that fits your needs.
